Hi! Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year, and welcome to 3rd grade!

I am Kimberly Jared. I have three children and one grandson. The beach is my favorite place to be, and I am a certified scuba diver. I love driving fast cars! My favorite colors are purple and pink, and dolphins are my favorite animals.

This is my 26th year teaching and this will be my 4th year at Brighten Academy. I am looking forward to having you and your child as part of our 3rd grade family. Third grade is an amazing year filled with wonderful learning opportunities, many life changes, a lot of growing up and becoming independent and responsible. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and safe learning environment where every child can be themselves. I am dedicated to supporting your child’s academic and personal growth throughout the school year.
